Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Your message must clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days to:

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Items should not be returned directly to our print-on-demand production partners.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We will process the refund within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Personalized Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to your individual specifications or clearly personalized for you, such as products featuring a name, personal message, photograph or other customization requested by you.

Products featuring our standard designs are not considered personalized solely because they are produced after an order is placed.

This exception does not affect your statutory rights if a personalized product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the product is damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect.

Email us at mavi_georgia@icloud.com and include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you. Please do not return a defective or incorrect product unless we ask you to do so.

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a non-personalized product is eligible for return, you may return it in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the preferred product.
